We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to modernizing how alcohol is understood, taught, and addressed through spectrum-based education grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and health research.
Alcohol remains one of the most normalized behavioral health risks in the United States, yet it is still commonly viewed in binary terms: you either have a problem, or you don’t. This is not how the body or brain works.
Well-documented research shows mental and physical health impacts begin much earlier than traditional cultural norms and beliefs have reinforced. Our work helps move this conversation beyond crisis response and into a fuller spectrum of prevention, wellness, and informed decision-making.
We work primarily with organizations and professional communities, including behavioral health, public health, and community wellness, to bring spectrum-based education into training, programs, and workforce initiatives.

Amy Sorrells is the founder and executive director of Reframe Rethink Restore. A communications professional with more than 25 years of experience across technology and healthcare, she holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, where her capstone paper examined alcohol use through multiple psychological perspectives—research that serves as the foundation for the organization’s spectrum-based approach. Her work is informed by both professional experience and personal journey, focused on reframing how alcohol is understood within modern health and wellness. In 2023, Kelly Moselle endorsed her philosophy and accepted her as a clinical supervisee, reinforcing the clinical grounding of her approach.

Kelly Moselle (MA, MS, CAC II, CMAC, CCS, CMATS, CAMS II) serves as Clinical and Education Director at Reframe Rethink Restore, where he is committed to advancing modern thinking around alcohol awareness and education. He also serves as Director of Training and Education for the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association (GACA). With extensive experience in higher education, Kelly has led innovative programs that promote learning beyond the classroom, civic responsibility, and personal development. He serves on the boards of the Frayed Edges Foundation and the Georgia School of Addiction Studies and holds leadership roles as Chair of the Southeastern Institute on Chemical Dependency and Secretary of the Southeastern Professional Liaison Association.

Will Hallmark is a Program and Development Associate at Reframe Rethink Restore. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and brings a background in behavioral health, having worked closely with autistic children to support development and wellbeing. He also served as a sports camp counselor and ski instructor. In his role, Will oversees the grants management process and supports business development initiatives, contributing to the organization’s wellness and prevention efforts.
